For example, corn juice and nut butter are compared. The same type of nut butter grinding machine can reach 200 kilograms per hour in grinding corn juice, but it can only reach 100 kilograms in grinding nut butter. Why is that? This is because corn juice has much more water. Nut grinding machine is easier to grind up and speed should be increased. Nut butter is thicker and nut grinding machine will be more difficult to grind. It will cost more time.
