Working Principle of Groundnut Decorticator
1. Artificial feeding of peanuts and groundnut, groundnuts fell to the coarse gratings first, due to the rotation of the plate and the fixed grid grafting between the gravel, remove groundnut shells.
2. After separation, the groundnut kernels and the shell fall through the grid at the same time, and then most of the groundnut shells are blown by the wind through the air duct, while the groundnut kernels and a part of the groundnuts that have not peeled off fall into the proportioning sorting sieve;
3. After the groundnut kernels are separated from the sieve surface and flowed into the sack through the material inlet, the small peanuts that have not been peeled off pass through the sieve surface and flow into the elevator through the discharge channel.
4. The groundnuts are then sent to the fine grid for secondary shelling , And then through the weight of branches screening, it can reach full shelling groundnuts.
