A hazelnut processing line from our factory arrived in Azerbaijan successfully. The output is 500 kg / h, the voltage is 380V, and the roasting machine is heated by gas.

Description of 500 KG/H Hazelnut Processing Line
1. Elevator:It is used to lift materials and be used with other equipment.
2. Hazelnut cracking shelling machine:Used for broken the hard shell. And to change the distance between the rollers, it can broken the different size shell of hazelnut.
3. Separating machine:Separate the shell from the kernel. One of the openings of the machine exits the kernels and the other exits the shell.
4. Grading machine:To grade hazelnut kernel into different size
5. Hazelnut roasting machine:The machine uses chain plate to transport materials. It has a gas heating device with automatic temperature control, and also equipped with a super strong hot air internal circulation device. The high-pressure hot air with controllable temperature acts on the material. Baking efficiency, baking more even.
6. Hazelnut peeling machine:It adopts advanced air compressor technology, natural peeling, to ensure the quality of hazelnut kernels.
