1. To make sunflower seed snacks (in shell) - how are sunflower seeds processed?
- Cleaning

- Grading

- Roasting

2. To make sunflower seed kernels - how are sunflower seeds processed?
- Dehulling / Shelling
After grading sunflower seeds, the smallest particles are generally not hulled, and the remaining sunflower seeds are processed.
- Separating
After dehulling, the material is a mixture of skin, seeds and kernels. The skin is removed first, then the seeds and kernels are separated. The unhulled seeds will undergo a second shelling process.

3. To make sunflower oil - how are sunflower seeds processed?
- Oil extraction and oil filtration
The oil pressing process adopts the principle of multi-stage advancement and gradual pressurization, so that the pressure of the press chamber increases rapidly, so that the oil material is fission separated at once, and the oil is pressed.
Through the oil filter, the oil residue is isolated on the filter cloth to obtain pure oil.
