Structure of Chocolate Refiner
1. The body of the refiner is composed of a cylinder and a double jacket. Cooling water, hot water or steam can be passed through the jacket, the upper part is provided with a feed inlet, the rear side is provided with a vent, and the bottom of the cylinder is provided with a cooling water inlet.
2. The rotor part of the refiner: a circular tool holder is installed on the main shaft, and a strip scraper is installed on the tool holder. The rear end of the main shaft is equipped with a graduated scale, which indicates the degree of tightness.
3. The transmission part is driven by a motor through a three-stage helical gear reducer to rotate the rotor.
