How to Separate Hemp Seeds Efficiently?

Method 1: Manually separate hemp seeds
Tools: electric crusher, screen, small bowl, jar
Steps:
1. Pour the hemp seeds into the crusher. Don't put too much, otherwise it will crush unevenly and damage the blade.
2. Start the crusher and you can see that hemp seeds are crushed into powder.
3. Put the crushed materials into the screen to filter. Hemp seed powder will flow down, and the skin will stay on the screen.
4. Put the hemp seed powder into a jar for storage.

Method 2: Mechanically separate hemp seeds

Process of Separating Hemp Seeds:
1. Elevating: Pour the hemp seeds into input hopper.
2. De-hulling & Separating: adopts a wet method for the dehulling process. After de-hulling, the seeds are separate into shells and un-shelled hemp seeds and kernels.
3. Re-dehulling: the unhulled seeds to return for recycled dehulling automatically.
