1. Check whether the fastener is tightened, whether the rotating part is flexible, whether there is grease in each bearing, and whether the peanut sheller is placed on a stationary ground.
2. To check the power supply voltage, the switch must be in a disconnection position.
3. After the motor starts, the steering of the rotor shall be in accordance with the direction indicated on the machine tool. After a few minutes, observe the abnormal noise, and when the operation is normal, the peanut can be fed.
4. Peanuts feeding should keep uniformly in right amount, do not contain iron, stone and other sundry, lest cause mechanical broken peanuts or accident. When the peanuts covered with sieve surface, can open out the mouth switch.
5. When peanut shells are increased in peanuts, the motor can be moved down to tighten fan belt and blow up air volume.
6. When operating, do not stand on the side of the belt to avoid hurting people.
7. When the machine is ready to be stored, it should eliminate the dirt of its appearance and the remaining seeds and other sundries. The machine should be covered in a dry storage room to avoid the sun and rain.
