Details of the Peanut Butter Production Line in Turkey
This set of peanut butter line mainly includes roasting machine, peeling machine, butter grinder, filling machine, etc. It has a high degree of automation and can complete the whole production process from peanut roasting to peanut butter filling.
1. Peanut Roasting Machine
The machine is composed of heating system, cooling system and transmission system. The heating device and thermal circulation device make even circulating hot air generated in the oven to achieve high-quality baking. The roasted peanuts have uniform color and no damage.
2. Peanut Peeling Machine
This machine is equipped with a dust suction device and a vibrating screen. The vacuum cleaner can suck off the surface of the material, and the vibrating screen can effectively remove the peanut sprouts and separate them into ideal material halves.
3. Peanut Butter Grinding Machine
The colloid mill is a fine grinding machine for grinding colloid or similar colloid materials. The main parts are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and non-toxic. The fineness of the finished peanut butter can reach 100 mesh.
4. Storage Tank
Temporarily store the peanut butter and let the temperature drop to air temperature.
5. Peanut Butter Cooling Machine
Through the cooling water, the heat transferred from the peanut butter is continuously taken away, so that the high-temperature peanut butter is slowly cooled and cooled.
6. Peanut Butter Filling Machine
Fill the peanut butter into the bottle. The filling volume is controlled according to time, the filling volume is accurate, and it also has a counting function.
