Coated peanut is a common snack, which can be divided into flour-coated peanut, sugar-coated peanut, honey-coated peanut and so on. The common automatic peanut coating process can be roughly divided into two types: fried and baked.
Following is a detailed description of the two peanut coating processes, as well as the machines needed and varieties of coated peanuts:
1. Peanut coating process in food industry:

2. Machines needed for peanut coating process:
2.1 frying type: peanut coating machine, frying pan, cooling car, mixing pot and sealing machine. (add a wrapping machine on the basis of the wine peanut equipment).
2.2 A roasting type (flour coating): swing oven, sugar coating machine, swing oven, cooling car, star anise mixing pot, sealing machine.
2.2 B roasting type (sugar coating): oven, peanut coating machine.
3. The main varieties of coated peanuts:
3.1 frying type: Honey peanuts, multi flavored peanuts, egg yolk peanuts, yam peanut beans, sweet crisp peanut.
3.2 A roasting type (flour coating): Japanese beans, five kinds of fish skin peanuts, green tea peanut beans, snow rice peanuts, and rice peanuts.
3.2 B roasting type (sugar coating): cocoa peanut, peanut sticky, coffee peanut, snow white peanut, strawberry peanut bean, lemon peanut bean.
