At the end of October 2021, American users place an order for a full set of tahini production line, from the sesame seeds roasting machine to the grinding machine, and then the filling machine. This is a batch-type sesame butter machine with an output of 200 kg/h. After the production is completed, it will be shipped to the US.

Sesame tahini processing process:
Sesame - Lifting - Roasting - Cooling - Grinding Sauce - Storage Tank - Pump - Mixing Tank - Pump - Degassing Tank - Filling
1. Roasting Machine: During the roasting process, the sesame seeds are continuously pushed in the cylinder by the propelling device, forming an uninterrupted cycle, so that it is evenly heated.
There is timer, temperature indicator and temperature controller on machine, you can set roasting time and temperature on the machine.
2. Tahini Grinding Machine: Colloid mill, a machine that finely grinds fluid materials. The main parts are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and non-toxic.
3. Mixing Tank: Make the butter more even. You can also add seasonings to make seasoned tahini.
4. Degassing Tank: Remove the air in the tahini.
5. Filling Machine: Fill the finished sesame paste into a 200g/500g/1000g bottle.
