Tahini Production Process in Factory
Tahini has many benefits and is an important part of many recipes, such as hummus, halva etc, it can be eaten as a condiment alone. The tahini sauce is popular in all countries of the world and has great demand. Its processing factories are located in many parts of the world.
Tahini prodution process in factory:Sesame washing drying - Sesame seed roasting - Selecting - Sesame paste grinding - Mixing - Degassing - Cooling - Filling.
1. Washing and Drying Sesame Seeds
Sesame washing and drying machine makes use of the light specific gravity of sesame to remove the sand through washing sesame seeds. automatic dehydration after washing.
2. Roasting Sesame
Roast sesame at the temperature of 100 - 150 degrees roasting machine for about 1.5 - 2 hours. There are two heating type: electric heating and gas heating. You can set roasting time and temperature on machine.
3. Selecting
Eliminate all kinds of foreign impurities in sesame and some bad sesame.
4. Grinding
Using colloid mill to grind sesame tahini, the fineness of grinding is controlled below 7μm, temperature of grinding is controlled below 68C.
5. Mixing

3. Selecting

4. Grinding

5. Mixing
Make the butter more homogeneous.
6. Degassing
Take out the air from sesame butter.
7. Cooling
The butter should be cooled immediately. The temperature should go down 45℃.
8. Filling
By the filling machine, the finished sesame tahini is packed into bottle.
