Product Features
This automatic cashew nut processing machinery can realize the whole process from raw cashew nuts to packaging finished products. High production efficiency, labor saving, and suitable for processing cashew nuts of various specifications.
Main Equipment of Cashew Nut Processing Line:
1. Raw cashew grading machine: It adopts a roller screen structure, materials of different specifications are screened through different apertures, with accurate classification and high efficiency.
2. Cashew nut steam cooker machine: cooking to create a space between the shell and the nut to facilitate the next step of shelling. Steam cashews one size at a time.
3. Automatic cashew nut shelling unit: it consists of feeding and distributing system, shelling machine, vibration separation mechanism, winnowing system, centrifugal separation mechanism, finished product conveying mechanism, and finished product screening mechanism. It can effectively realize the peeling and kernel separation of multi-level cashew nuts.
4. Cashew nut drying machine: uses air as the drying medium to achieve the purpose of drying according to the principle of heat exchange. It has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, high output and easy operation.
5. Automatic cashew peeling line: It consists of feeding mechanism, nut loosening mechanism, air peeling mechanism, and nut separating mechanism. It can realize the continuous peeling of the cashew nuts, the separation of half and whole kernels. It has the advantages of high peeling rate and low damage rate.
6. Cashew kernel grading machine: Through the grading independent adjustment mechanism, it can realize the grading of multi-level nuts such as W450, W320, W240, W180, etc., with high kernel integrity.
