Key Points of Operation and Use
(1) The chocolate slurry is added by opening the side cover plate above the cylinder block.
 
(2) The cold water in the cylinder block sandwich is injected by the intake at the lower side of the cylinder block. The water injection rate is above the overflow outlet level. The overflow outlet should not be closed to avoid the cylinder block being compressed and deformed.
 
(3) The stirrer motor can be started only after feeding in the industrial chocolate melanger. The stirrer must run clockwise (looking down).
 
(4) When working normally, the water temperature in the interlayer can be adjusted to keep the temperature of the slurry in the center of the cylinder block in the range of 40-45 C.
