Product Features
The hazelnut (filberts) shelling line is mainly composed of three equipment, including hazelnut grading, shelling machine and separator. It is a semi-automatic production line for producing raw hazelnut kernels, with a production capacity of 500 kg / h, especially popular in Turkey.
1. Hazelnut Grading Machine (three sieve)
According to the principle of screen vibration, hazelnut is divided into different grades according to its size. Three sieves can divide nuts into four levels. The level of the screen and the size of the mesh can be changed.
2. Hazelnut Cracking Shelling Machine
The machine can break the hard shell of hazelnut of different sizes by adjusting the gap between the first and the second level shelling rollers.
3. Shell Kernel Separator
The machine makes use of the different characteristics of the specific gravity and suspension speed of the kernel and the broken shell, and then uses the air flow to promote the separation of the kernel and the broken shell. The separation effect is good, durable use.
