1. Hemp seed cleaning and grading machine
The raw hemp seeds must be cleaned and classified before being hulled. After grading, it is divided into three grades, among which the hemp seed particles at the bottom of the grading screen are relatively small and have no hulling value. The remaining two grades of hemp seeds enter the next step of dehulling processing.
The classified hemp kernels are subjected to dehulling and separating respectively, and the unshelled seeds can be automatically returned to the dehulling machine for dehulling again until they are dehulled. The hulling efficiency is high, and the integrity of hemp seed is guaranteed to the greatest extent.
3. Screening machine:
The vibrating screen is driven by double vibrating motors, so that the materials are thrown up on the screen while moving forward in a straight line to achieve the purpose of screening and grading. You can sift out the hemp seed germ, broken kernels and broken skin.
4. Hemp seed color sorting machine
This color sorter can effectively remove heterochromatic grains, mildew grains, etc., leave the best hemp seeds, and intelligently process the screening results. The machine is also suitable for processing rice, miscellaneous grains, beans and nuts, etc., and has a wide range of uses.
