Introduction of Kaju Processing Machine:
1. Raw Kaju Grading Machine
Grading raw cashew nuts into 5 levels. Raw kaju of different specifications are graded through different apertures, which are accurate and efficient.
2. Kaju Boiler Machine (with steamer)
The boiler machine must work with steamer. Electric heating type and steam heating type (more cost-effective) are available.
3. Cashew Nuts Shelling Machine
A special machine for cutting and removing the shell of cashew nuts, the shelling rate is about 85%-97%. Kaju shelling machine is with 100kg/h for each set. For 300kg/h production line, it will need 3 sets.
4. Cashew Nuts Shell and Kernel Separating Machine
It is separating cashew shell and kernel by vibrating. Precise separation saves time and effort.
5. Cashew Nuts Shell and Kernel Centrifugal Separating Machine
It is separating shell and kernel by Centrifugal. It also including: 1 centrifuge, 1 shell and kernel separator, 1 sorter and hoppers and tubes.
6. Cashew Kernels Drying Machine
Working with steam heating. After drying, cashew kernels with a moisture content of 5-7% are optimal for better peeling.
7. Humidifier
Moisturizing the cashew kernels is to increase the looseness of the cashew skin and kernels, which will help reduce the rate of kernel breakage.
It will need to build a humidifing house in the factory and install 2 sets Humidifier in the house.
8. Cashew Kernels Peeling Machine (with air compressor)
The peeling unit includes: hopper, lifting machine, loosening machine, peeling machine, selecting machine. The peeling machine must be equipped with an air compressor, and the peeling rate exceeds 95%.
9. Cashew Kernel Grading Machine
It is to grading cashew nuts kernel into 3 level. Grading of cashews of different sizes is achieved according to the gap between the two sticks.
