Roasting → cooling → peeling → grinding sauce → mixing → cooling → vacuum degassing → filling

Introduction of Commercial Peanut Butter Making Machine
1. Peanut roasting machine: Set temperature 160°C-180°C, time 30 minutes. The peanuts are roasted evenly and give off some delicious smell.
2. Cooling machine: Peanuts are sent to the cooling belt to cool down.
3. Peanut peeling machine: Double rollers rub the peanut red skin, and the simple cyclone system sucks the red skin away.
4. Picking belt: Peeled peanuts fall onto the picking conveyor belt, and over-roasted and unpeeled peanuts are picked up manually.
5. Peanut butter making machine: Use colloid grinder for grinding, the grinding fineness is controlled below 7um, and the grinding temperature is controlled below 68℃.
6. Storage tank: Hold the ground peanut butter temporarily.
7. Mixing tank: make the peanut butter more even.
8. Peanut butter cooling machine: The ground peanut butter should be cooled immediately, and the temperature should drop to 45°C.
9. Peanut Butter Filling Machine: Fill the finished peanut butter into 200g/500g/1000g bottles.
