Machine Introduction of Peanut Milk Production Line:
1. Peanut Peeling Machine
The machine adopts the principle of imitating manual peeling and the special peeling principle, with high peeling rate, high whole kernel rate and no pollution. This machine is also necessary equipment when producing almond milk and soybean milk. If walnut milk is produced, other peeling equipment is required.
2. Peanut Milk/Walnut Milk Making Machine
The grinder is a colloid mill, which can finely grind fluid materials. The efficiency and output are high, and the particle size of the finished product can be adjusted. This machine can produce all kinds of nut milk, such as peanut milk, almond milk, cashew milk and so on.
3. Filter
This machine can filter the gross from the peanut/walnut milk. The screening accuracy is high and the efficiency is high. The finest sieving can reach 500 meshes (28 microns), and the finest filtration can reach 5 microns.
4. Mixing Tank
You can add some other material into the tank, mixing with the peanut milk. In the stirring process, it can realize the feeding control, the discharging control, the stirring control, etc.
5. Homogenizer
This machine is suitable for homogeneous emulsification of liquid materials with viscosity lower than 0.2Pa.s and temperature lower than 80℃. After homogenization, stability and storage quality can be improved.
6. Storage Tank
The storage tank also has the functions of stirring, mixing, blending and homogenizing. Heating and cooling devices can be set to meet the needs of different processes and production.
