Structure Features of Hazelnut Slicing Machine
- The motor of this machine uses an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor. The speed of the cutter head can be adjusted to change the output of the slicer.
- This machine is equipped with two high-speed steel blades on the rotary cutting disc, with sharp cutting edges and long service life.
- The pressing mechanism adopts a pneumatic device to adjust the pressure, so that the slice achieves the best effect.
- The working pressure of the cylinder cannot be adjusted too high. It should be controlled at 0.3-0.4Mpa.
To Adjust the Slice Thickness
Add selected and cleaned nuts from the hopper for continuous slicing. When you want to change the thickness of the slice, you can loosen the lock nut under the thick and thin handle, and adjust the handle clockwise to increase the thickness, otherwise it will decrease the thickness, and you will notice a thickness of 1.5MM after one rotation. Mediation can be requested. After adjusting, tighten the nut again.
