Structure of Industrial Nut Dicer Machine
The main structure is composed of a hopper, a hob dicing machine, a conveyor belt, and two groups of reciprocating straight knife dicers.
- Nuts enter the hob chopping mechanism from the feeding mechanism, and are quickly and roughly cut into large particles;
- The large-particle nuts are transported by the conveyor belt to two groups of reciprocating dicing mechanisms for dicing;
- The diced nuts are then passed through a vibrating screening machine to obtain diced particles of the required specifications.

Install the Cashew Dicer Machine:
- Place the dicer smoothly and keep it level. If you don't move it frequently, you can place rubber and other shock-absorbing materials under the 4 bottom corners, and fix it with expansion bolts.
- The discharge ports of all levels are connected with the material box accurately.
- After installation, turn on the power and turn on the machine to see if it is rotating in the forward direction and it is rotating normally.
- Be sure to check the transmission parts, conveyor belt and cutter parts before starting the motors.
