Working Principle of Industrial Soybean Crusher Machine
It consists of a hopper, conveying, chopping, vibration grading and other mechanisms.
The beans are evenly fed into the food conveyor belt from the upper hopper, and the chopped materials are sent to the reciprocating knife chopping mechanism. The speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted, and then the required particle size is obtained by vibration screening.
Instructions for use of beans chopper machine:
- By adjusting the connecting rods at both ends of the cutter holder, the cutter is parallel to the belt base plate, and the gap is adjusted.
- The size of the cutting granules is controlled by the speed of the conveyor belt according to the requirements of the user. Faster belt speeds have larger particles, slower belt speeds have smaller particles.
- After shredding, the material enters the vibrating classification sieve, and the qualified crumbs fall into the storage hopper under the sieve.
