Working Principle of Cocoa Bean Crushing Machine
After being processed by the cocoa bean roaster, the cocoa beans are continuously fed from the upper hopper.
After being squeezed by the rubber roller of the crushing machine, the crushed cocoa beans and skins land on the vibrating screen at the bottom, and the adhering kernel and skin are separated, so that all the red skin is peeled off smoothly, and the cocoa beans are all turned into particles.
With the movement of the vibrating screen, the cocoa nibs and the skins are pushed forward together, and a skin-sucking fan is set at the front end of the discharge port.
