The soybean roasting machine is a drum-type roasting equipment, which can realize constant temperature roasting and make grain roasting evenly. This grain roaster is also suitable for roasting peanuts, cashew nuts, almonds, sesame seeds, etc.
Features of Electric Grain Roasting Machine
- The roaster uses electric heating, and gas-fired roasters are also available.
- Equipped with an automatic temperature control device to achieve constant temperature roasting to ensure the best roasting effect of grains.
- The temperature is adjustable from 0-300℃, and the best roasting temperature can be selected according to different grains.
- There is 5-10cm rock wool between the stainless steel drum and the shell of the roasting machine to prevent heat dissipation and save energy.
- The grain roaster machine is equipped with a control cabinet, the operation of the roasting equipment can be controlled by one-key operation, which is simple and convenient.

Soybean Roasting Process:
- The soybean roasting equipment adopts a rotary drum structure. During the roasting process, the soybeans are continuously pushed and turned by the propelling device in the drum, forming uninterrupted full-angle heating.
- Using the principle of heat conduction and heat radiation, using hot air as the medium, heat energy is applied to the soybeans, so that the soybeans are heated evenly, and the baking quality is effectively guaranteed.
- The roasted soybeans have uniform color, no damage and no breakage.

To Operate the Soybean Roaster Machine:
- Before starting the roasting machine, check whether the power supply and transmission parts are normal, and then press the forward button to make the rotating cage idling for 3-5 minutes.
- After everything is normal, turn on the furnace temperature switch and start to heat up.
- During the heating process, the rolling cage cannot stop rotating to prevent deformation under high temperature.
- If the roasting time is up, press the counter-rotating button to open the material door and let the soybeans flow out automatically.
