Basic Working Principle of Coffee Hulling Machine for Sale:
The main working parts of the dry coffee huller are three horizontal rubber or plastic rollers. The three rollers are arranged in a staggered way and rotate in opposite directions at different rotating speeds. One roll is fixed and the other two rolls can be moved to adjust the rolling distance between the three rollers.
Coffee bean is evenly fed between three rollers through the runner (or feeding rollers and runner) on the full length of cots. Most of the coffee hulls are peeled due to the squeezing of three rollers and the rubbing and tearing effect caused by the speed difference of three rollers.
After hulling, it enters the hull separation device and sucks the coffee bean hulls at the wind speed of 4-5 m/s through the suction port.
