After normal operation of the equipment, pecans are put into the hopper quantitatively, evenly and continuously. Pecan nuts are crushed under repeated impact, friction and collision of the rotor. Pecans and crushed shells are filtered and separated through a sieve with a certain pore size (large sieve for the first threshing and small peel for the second shelling) under the impact of rotating wind pressure level of the rotor.

Adjust Clearance of Pecan Nut Sheller Machine for Sale
- For small model, on the top of intermediate shaft has two nuts lock each other, loosen and twist axis nuts, turn to up regulating gap bigger for big cracking, down and the gap smaller cracking is smaller, lock and fix the two nuts again after well adjusted.
- For big model, regulate the speed, the faster speed leads to small cracking, the slower speed the greater cracking.
